CNCRHeavy Iron. High Stakes. Zero Downtime.

Reliability Engineering

Reduce the likelihood of unexpected failure.

Reliability-focused assessment for existing production equipment — identifying developing faults earlier and prioritising recommendations according to machinery condition, operational risk and business impact. Start here when machinery condition or reliability priorities are unclear.

Problems Addressed

Unexpected equipment failures

Increasing machine downtime

Unknown machinery condition

Repeated component failures

Missed developing faults

Unplanned production interruptions

Lack of maintenance planning

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is the principal delivery method beneath Reliability Engineering rather than a separate service. It is condition-led: inspect before servicing, measure before replacing, and monitor trends rather than isolated events.

Inspection reduces the likelihood of unexpected failure. It cannot detect every developing fault, and no assurance is given that machinery will not fail between assessments. Scope is agreed per site and per machine.

CNCR Shield™

CNCR Shield™ is a packaged offering beneath Reliability Engineering, not a fifth primary service. It is a machine-specific assessment that helps manufacturers understand machinery condition within an agreed scope and decide what to prioritise next.

Limited availability. Every request is reviewed for machine suitability, required scope and current capacity.

CNCR and AIII

CNCR’s field services cover diagnostics, physical inspection, breakdown attendance and preventive-maintenance delivery. AIII is the complementary industrial-intelligence brand for understanding operational data and the production environment. AIII product categories remain in Development.
