Services
Industrial Machinery Service & Reliability.
CNCR work is organised into four equal service categories. Each one starts from the same position: understand the machine and the evidence before recommending what to do about it.
These are starting points, not eligibility guarantees: machinery down, faulting or unstable → Machinery Support; condition or reliability priorities unclear → Reliability Engineering, or CNCR Shield™ where appropriate; significant failure needing evidence, repairability assessment or stakeholder reporting → Failure Investigations; obsolete or limiting systems needing a targeted upgrade decision → Retrofits & Modernisation.
Machinery Support
Independent technical support for existing industrial production equipment, from emergency breakdowns through to persistent intermittent faults.
Reliability Engineering
Reliability-focused assessment intended to identify developing faults earlier and prioritise recommendations according to machinery condition, operational risk and business impact. Preventive maintenance is the principal delivery method beneath this category.
Failure Investigations
Independent technical investigation and evidence-based reporting after machinery failures, supporting equipment owners, insurers and loss adjusters.
Retrofits & Modernisation
Targeted upgrades to obsolete controls, automation and supporting systems, so that mechanically viable machinery can stay in production.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the machine and the symptoms. If the right starting point is a different service, we will say so.
